Wareforce filed a Chapter 11 petition, and immediately thereafter moved for an order authorizing the sale of substantially all its assets. SulmeyerKupetz was retained by the committee, and successfully challenged the sale, and through its efforts increased the consideration to be paid to the estate by more than a million dollars. SulmeyerKupetz also successfully reduced the claims of the State Board of Equalization and other creditors, and recovered preferences to provide a greater recovery to unsecured creditors.
