SulmeyerKupetz represented Continental against AltaDena Dairy and other parties. The judgments were based on causes of action for misappropriation of trade secrets and related business torts. Continental became the major creditor in three Chapter 11 cases filed by the judgment debtors and our attorneys obtained the appointment of a Chapter 11 trustee in two of the three cases. These trustees agreed to dismiss the cases and turn over all estate assets to Continental. In a retrial of Continental’s causes of action, the firm obtained a jury verdict of $10 million against AltaDena Dairy.
