Elizabeth Z. Jiang, Associate
Elizabeth Jiang’s practice is concentrated in bankruptcy law, particularly Chapter 11 cases and advising corporations and individuals in out-of-court restructurings of debt. Her experience includes clients in the retail, apparel and real estate industries, and she has also worked on non-bankruptcy commercial litigation and transactional matters.
Ms. Jiang is a graduate of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where she received her BA in political science and sociology. She received her JD from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law. During law school, Ms. Jiang served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Randolph Baxter in the Northern District of Ohio.

After moving to the U.S. at the age of 3, Elizabeth spent the majority of her years in the snowy Midwest. When she was accepted to USC Law School, she hopped on a plane to sunny California and has never looked back. Elizabeth enjoys watching sports, cheering on her beloved Michigan Wolverines, beating her law school classmates at fantasy football, and arguing with her mother in Chinese.
